I received this oven very quickly from Ritz Camera. I had contacted them to say the dimensions shown must be incorrect since the height is given as 18.6" which from the picture obviously cannot be right - it cannot be taller than it is wide. The company who makes this oven confirmed the real dimensions which are: Width 17" X Depth 13" (to fit a 12"pizza) and height just 9".Obviously the true dimensions are better than those given. Who wants a toaster oven over 18" tall?
The oven seems well made and after only one use the fan assisted oven seems to work efficiently and quietly. It was however covered in annoying stickers which are difficult, time-consuming and messy to remove. The pinger or bell when the auto-timer shuts off is almost inaudible. Also, there is no interior light as advertised.
I would give the product 5 stars if it had a continuous clean oven coating. I will update this when it has had some use.
