This is a quality countertop oven.It bakes with or without convection.The convection function is incredibly quiet.The racks don't fall out or down onto the burners when baking heavy dishes.Even with convection baking, it bakes bread without roasting the top crust.It's large inside with an efficient design that doesn't take up excessive counter space.You can turn it "ON" or use timer to control the turn-off.It's solid and tight construction--obvious quality to the sight or touch.It's only weak point that I have found is that it doesn't actually toast bread on both sides at once.It's superb for baking, roasting, broiling.Even comes with a cookie sheet!
