I bought this roaster because I was dreading another hot southern summer with the oven on.I love this roaster. It's a nice size.It has a removable rack.I've cooked meats and baked cookies in it.Everything turns out delicious.I can put the roaster outide and slow cook my meats; they come out browned and delicious and my house stays cool. The cookies turned out great too.If I use my toaster oven pans or smaller oven pans I can cook two things at once.
It also has a removable liner so it's super easy to clean.
The only recommendation I have is put it outside and burn it off for the first use.Reviews I read on other roasters said the same thing. It did smoke and smell terrible the first time I turned it on, so I put it outside until the smoke and smell went away before I cooked anything in it.
Other than that I have no complaints about this roaster.
