This toaster is beautiful but when taking the toast out you burn your fingers because it doesn't come up high enough. The kids pop tarts fall through and the bottom doesn't open so you have a very hard time getting them out. The side pieces don't hold anything tight so the waffles come out bent in half and not done, same with the toast not standing up makes for uneven toasting.
