I have gone through 3 or 4 toaster ovens over the years and this is the ONE.My wife loves it too, which is all that really matters.The fan bake is the best, food gets done quick and the food is actually properly browned and crispy.I love the light inside the unit and the digital readout ensures the temp. is correct and the timer keeps me from over cooking the food.
Something that is neat about this unit is that it has a quick function guide that pulls out from the bottom so you don't have to keep the user guide around in case you want to figure out what the pizza settings mean, etc.
My only complaint is that the display doesn't seem centered (the top and side has a white border, the bottom and right side doesn't).In addition it is pretty bright. A good night light I guess.
I would recommend this unit, it is just like William Sonoma unit (minus the dehydrator function and no stainless steel top/side casing).
